Krayina Insurance Company is Open Joint-Stock Company with 14-year work experience. The company's history goes back to July, 1994 when Mercury-M Insurance Alliance was created, and already on December 29, 2004 the company changed its name to Krayina Insurance Company.

The company has licenses to 21 kind of insurance. The company's authorized capital makes up 32.48 million hryvnias.

According to the results of year 2007 the company became the member of National Insurance Payment Club. Krayina Insurance Company is the member of Motor (Transport) Insurance Bureau of Ukraine and the participant of Voluntary Association of Insurers "Building Insurance Pool".
